We feel that art and wine are the perfect partners.  In support of that, we have a continuously rotating art exhibit from local artists throughout the winery for your enjoyment as well as for purchase.   We invite you to come enjoy the art in person.  

From April 15 through July 13, we are exhibiting a collection of paintings by Kirstin Nolte.

Welcome to "Art By Kiki," on exhibit this month at Deer Ridge Vineyards!
 
Just wanted to let you know that there is some great stuff on sale this month!
 
Being a mom, wife, part-time winemaker, part-time artist  has its challenges, so I don’t get to do exhibits very often. I am also running out of space in my home, and have some “end of series” works I need to let go.  And this is why I wanted to make most of my work really affordable for this exhibit. Please take advantage of it !
 
I love to paint a lot of different subjects, but focus mostly on women, landscapes and flowers. My art is mostly in naive impressionistic style (for more information about my art and naive impressionism, please go to http://www.artbykiki.com).

I love painting women in motion and in dance, with dresses and hair blowing in the wind -  with these paintings I try and create a sense of life and joy and freedom and mystery...
Flowers are always a favorite - just love flowers and the way they make me feel..
And then there are some things in life which really make my heart skip a beat…the beauty of a color filled landscape, the wonder of a beautiful view, a gentle breeze blowing through my hair, the sun illuminating the leaves of a tree, the unexpected  glorious smell of a bush of jasmine flowers,  a sunset painted with amazing colors by the One who is the source of all beauty…
 
So come and visit us at Deer Ridge, have some wine, enjoy some art - and just maybe you'll find yourself taking some home with you...
