Deer Ridge will be pouring our wine for the winemaker's hour and silent auction. During the Live Auction, come bid on a 12L bottle of Deer Ridge "Moonstruck" wine, hand painted by our winemaker/artist, Kirstin Nolte, paired with a chef's dinner for four and a two-night stay in our Winemaker's Guest Cottage.

I love to paint a lot of different subjects, but focus mostly on women, landscapes and flowers. My art is mostly in naive impressionistic style (for more information about my art and naive impressionism, please go to

I love painting women in motion and in dance, with dresses and hair blowing in the wind - with these paintings I try and create a sense of life and joy and freedom and mystery...Flowers are always a favorite - just love flowers and the way they make me feel...
And then there are some things in life which really make my heart skip a beat…the beauty of a color filled landscape,
the wonder of a beautiful view, a gentle breeze blowing through my hair, the sun illuminating the leaves of a tree,
the unexpected glorious smell of a bush of jasmine flowers,
a sunset painted with amazing colors by the One who is the source of all beauty…
So come and visit us at Deer Ridge, have some wine, enjoy some art - and just maybe you'll find yourself taking some home with you...
